Growing up around Tetbury and Swindon, my journey into outdoor transformations started with artificial lawns. We had one at home, and finding someone who actually knew how to maintain it properly was near impossible.

Spotting a gap, I dove in, mastered the techniques, and launched my first exterior cleaning business at just 15 years old while still in school. My clients were incredible, rewarding my work with five-star reviews. Before long, they started asking: "Will, can you bring that same magic touch to my patio, my driveway, my whole garden?" That lightbulb moment transformed a schoolboy hustle into the vision for The Yard Squad.

As demand surged, the business evolved from a one-man operation into a structured, professional enterprise. Today, The Yard Squad is powered by three equal partners:

• Will (Founder & Head of Design & Build): Heading up our full-scale landscaping and construction team, bringing creative garden transformations to life.
• Managing Partner: Bringing a wealth of large-scale corporate and banking experience to run back-office operations, strategy, and customer care with institutional professionalism.
• Kelvin (Head of Clean & Maintain): Joining as our third partner after merging his successful window and exterior cleaning business into ours, leading our dedicated maintenance division.

By splitting into two specialist divisions—Design & Build and Clean & Maintain—we offer complete, end-to-end care for your property under one trusted roof.
